my 8 month and 21 days old baby's head is still little soft is it going anything wrong?

Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil
Stay hydrated
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge cereals khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
