my 7year old have high fever I take to the doctor. when I give Doctor recommend medicines after 45 min started to sweat but his temperature only reduced not sweating his body sweat alot why? is this symptoms of brain fever please any one give me ans I'm worried

A. it is very common that after giving fever medicines their might be sweating on the body of the child and sometimes during infection the sweating may be more than normal
