Q.

my 7month old boy rarely sleep in day time...hardly 2 times for 15 min.... even at night he sleeps after 12 ...is there any remedy...the same applies to my 6 ur old boy ...no day naps only late night sleep...post 12

A. hi your baby is 7 months old now give a good meal like dal khichdi or suji ka halwa and keep lights and noise to minimum to help sleep .
