my 7month old baby have 101.3degree f fever from 2 days after giving paracetamol syrup also.... and sha had green potty... how can I treat the baby now... I already visit doctor also

A. Ya phat no need to worry about green potty and you can give calpol drops to the baby as per weight of the baby the dose should be given abd keep feeding give ORS or electral and light to digest foods
