my 7month baby girl fell from bed,she seems fine doing all the regular things she does,cried only momentarily till soothing her, it's been half an hour, she is smiling and moving all limbs and there is no soft spot on her head till now also looked at her body no redness or any injury seems to be there pressed lightly all over body she seems to be fine with no response to any pain or like that. what else should i look for, should i take her to doc right now?

doc she is not crying at all, all her behaviour is usual and normal, only she spit up twice little bit like she normally does sometimes, curdled milk nothing else no injury no crying, no unusual behaviour till now, should I be still worried about internal injury?

you have to be careful with baby around you as many times babies can fall and injure themselves and the internal injury will not be visible on the outside so Siya doctor if baby is crying too much
