My 7 year son keeps falling ill every month from fever stomachache cough.What medicine should I give to him so that he stops falling ill every month???Got blood tests,ultrasound chest x ray all come normal everytime

A. First you need to find out what is the reason that your child is falling sick every now and then maybe it is poor immunity maybe it is something else so you should conduct a detailed blood test to know what is the situation and accordingly they will be able to give appropriate help and advice
