My 7 year son is suffering from fever stomachache and commits from last 4 days 3 antibiotics changed but fever not breaking

A. Get blood test done for your child to know what is the reason because if the figure is so high it could be associated with dengue typhoid malaria and pneumonia spreading a lot or it could be viral but without of you cannot be sure about it after that only the right medicines and antibiotics can be suggested
