Q.

my 7 year old son is having frequent nose bleeding . once a week .... the blood comes from left nostril. just few drops and stops ... he always pricks his nose ... but some times at night when he is sleeping the nose bleeds

A. Pinching puts pressure on the blood vessels and helps stop the blood flow. If the bleeding doesn't stop, pinch the nose again for at least five minutes even to check if the bleeding has stopped. Give more of Proper hydration to the baby during summers by giving coconut water and other juices . try to encourage your baby to avoid putting fingers in nose

A. hello dear even my son also had this problem but from the day I had starting giving him Goond Katira by socking it in the water overnight like two or three granules and then you can give it an any form like if you can put it in ice cream or you can put it in the shake and put it into the sharbat
