my 7 year old son had a blood in stool on 08/12/2025 which was bright red and it was dripping after passing the stool,had a blood and stool occult test, both test were normal. just two days back daily he is having single drop of blood on the stool. Can anyone tell what might be the reasons and is it need to worry..Thank you

Usually it is associated with us infection only in the stomach of the child but since you’re managing the test are all clear then either your child is having constipation issues some crack may have been there or it could be associated with fishers or maybe another issue you please go for a physical assessment of your child
