Q.

My 7 year old nephew swallowed a full balloon? Will it come though GI tract? What is the solution

A. Give the child some water . Monitor the stool over the next week for the baloon. If he has no symptoms, then there is no cause for worry. It may take between 2-10 days for the baloon to pass in the stools. In any case, you do not need to examine his stools each day.
