Q.
My 7 year old nephew swallowed a full balloon? Will it come though GI tract? What is the solution

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Give the child some water . Monitor the stool over the next week for the baloon. If he has no symptoms, then there is no cause for worry. It may take between 2-10 days for the baloon to pass in the stools. In any case, you do not need to examine his stools each day.

In small children, the airway is narrower and it gets stuck causing a life-threatening condition.
