my 7 months old son is having funny nose and cough. I am giving him nasal saline drops and solvin LS 3 times a day. but since last two days he is vomiting and not eating properly. what should I do. please suggest

A. continue the medicines cCold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time
