Q.

My 7 months baby going through the antibiotic treatment which is being given via tha canualla for stomach infection. Initially she was doing green watery stools for which doctor prescribed progermina. But after given orally medicine, there was no improvement and finally her antibiotic treatment has started and it's been 4 days .As per doctor one more day is left. Now her stool is green but not watery. Is the green stool a sign of infection? How much time can it take to be normal?
