my 7 months 20 days old baby suffering from fever since day before yesterday.after giving of paracetamol also fever not reduced what to do

A. Hello, your baby boy is 8 months old and he is having a fever since last two days so paracetamol doesn’t work here so he may need proper antibiotic so
