My 7 month old son is prescribed Taxim O dry syrup 5ml/50mg twice a day for 5 days for UTI. Doctor calculated the dose with approximation since weighing machine wasn’t available. Yesterday I checked baby’s weight it was 8.9kgs. Is 5ml Bd dose correct? Today is day 3 of the med.
