My 7 month old son is passing motion very frequently. He is on complete milk diet both formula and mother feed. He is rejecting solids completely. It does not seem to be thefault of formula we have changed the formula 3 times ashe was rejecting formula in the earlier months. Now we are using similac and Similac advance and he is ok with it. He is 7.1kg and the doctor said he is under weight. Please advice

Sir with regard to my previous question. My son is passing motion very frequently especially soon after drinking milk both mother's and formula. I had my covid vaccination recently amd the very next day he had his influenza vaccination. My question is why is he passing motion very frequently and is it a matter to worry. Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods which can be given are porridge of suji e sabudana can be prepared  in breast milk or formula milk.
initially youv can slltart with one or two  tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day
