Q.
My 7 month old is not eating any pulses and veggies and hence have started adding pinch of rock salt. I understand it's not advisable but this way he is atleast eating. Please suggest if adding salt is a big No or pinch of salt is fine. Also which salt brand is recommended for babies?

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. it is recommended that you should avoid giving salt and sugar to the child but if you have to add a pinch you can use normal Tata lite salt for your child there is no special brand to be used as such
