ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. helll yes you surely can give little lemon. lemon facilitates the proper absorption of iron in food taken also add ghee to meals for making them more energy rich. give all home made foods which are easily digestible and nutritious. give water juices milk coconut water buttermilk to maintain hydration

A. yes , you can give it but in moderation because citric fruits can cause allergy in infants under age of 10 months.
