My 7 month old baby's urine has very strong smell. Even his used cloth diapers stink a lot. He is breastfed and takes solid two times a day.

A. Hello Slight smell in urine is normal. Try to your baby well hydrated. And check if the baby is crying while passing urine, or have any fever because this can due to urinary tract infection, which should be shown to paediatric. If these symptoms are not there then, try to wash his cloth diapers properly.
