My 7 month old baby is suffering from fever from yesterday afternoon am giving Dolo drops as doc prescribed Hw many days it lasts?

A. what we can do for her headache ? baboea also have haedache?

A. if it is a viral fever it will go away in next two or three days but you can give paracetamol maximum 4 times per hday and also do body sponge which will help in decreasing the body temperature
