My 7 month old baby has fever and gets angry, what is the reason for this, which medicine should I give him?

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician1 Year agoA. hello give paracemol drops for fever and may be rrpeated after 6 hours if needed and give ppenty of fluids to the baby so that therr is no dehyration due to this
