NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. hello if the child was not well then weight could have been reduced for that reason but otherwise generally the weight is not reduced and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet and any concern it would be better to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and also safe
