my 7 month baby makes annoying sound while urinating. her vagina also look red. does it means urine infection if yes pls suggest remedy

Which oil is taking out sounds as completely fine is there anything else that you can see the Jo Challe doing any kind of discomfort or something because if there is a discomfort then it is a matter of concern but if not then don’t worry about it just clean that area and apply coconut oil regularly
