my 7 month baby is having loose motions, what food i can give to him which can help him. also he is having pains due to cramps insite og giving medecine. what to do

A. Hello good evening !! Check if baby had any new food item before 2-3 days. Indigestable foods cause motions. Teething also cause motions, swollen/hard gums, Mild Fever, crankiness are symptoms of teething. Soothe baby gums with Teethers/soothers to ease from gum pain. Feed sabudana kheer/porridge for controlling motions. Give adequate water, fluids (Coconut water, barley, buttermilk).
