my 7 month baby has wet cough.she is 6.5 kg.cn I use ambroxol hydrochloride drops with 7.5 mg

UJ looking at the weight and age of the child it can be 10 drops one time I hope you’ve consulted the doctor before giving any medicine because your child is so small we don’t recommend you to self medicate the child so please do check with your doctor once
