my 7 month baby has eczema on his skin.. nowadays his skin become very dry for weather...I heard that cetaphil lotion good for baby eczema..pls suggest me which cetaphil lotion is best for baby eczema cetaphil pro or cetaphil baby lotion?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 11 m old boy5 years agoA. you can go for a simple cetaphil lotion also which help in decreasing the dryness and it has to be applied again and again so that the child skin remains oily and then only the problem of eczema will be decreased and it has to be combined with anti inflammatory lotion which will be given by your doctor
