my 7 and half month old baby sleeps for 8hrs during night. day time she sleeps on some days sometimes she doesn't. if including day time sleeps it would b 9 to 10 hrs. will this much of sleeping hours be enough? she is more interested in playing rather sleeping

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it s normal Sleep is important for brain growth and development. For a good sleep baby should be well fed at bed time. Room should be comfortable and quiet.
You can sing a lullaby or play some light music.
Can use swinging or rocking also.
Day night variations are quite common in babies and can be corrected by sleep training as per family schedule
