Q.
My 7 and a half months of baby was suffering from viral fever from last 7 days. Now fever is fine but she is not interested in eating now. She is avoiding solid foods like dal, cerelac, kheer. Just having breastmilk, formula milk and soup from bottle. What should I do plz suggest?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Loss of appetite after fever is common ..so keep offering different foods that your baby likes. don't force feed.
Give your baby small meals with high calories, high dense, high protein diet at regular intervals.
The food should be warm, less spicy, semi-solid and so ft
