My 7.5 months old baby is passing liquidy stools since last 2 days. Its colour is light yellow and green also. What is the reason? Should I visit a doctor?

Maybe your child is having its teeth and sometimes it may be associated with a stomach infection as well which is why this may be the situation I’m just going to recommend you that kindly check with your doctor regarding that they will be able to help you appropriately as per the medicines to be given to the child
