my 6yr old daughter having body temp in between 99-99.5 through out day...temp decrease only while sleeping .this happened last 12 days or may be before.what could be the reason?should I worried?

A. hi your baby is 6 years old now she is mostly getting dehydration due to excessive sweating due to hot climate so give plenty of fluids including fruit juice and milk and avoid exposure to sun
