My 6yr daughter saying that she can hear her heartbeat and feel it, is it okay ?

It is not actually possible for a child to hear the heartbeat this way so I think it would be good for you to check with your doctor ones because without an assessment we really cannot be certain about it and would not suggest you to take any chance with it
