my 6months 3 days baby girl is getting green coloured poop what may be the reason and what should be done*??

But the presence of mucus can also signify that your baby's fighting off an infection. Essentially, any earth-tone shade of poop, from brown to yellow to green, is probably just fine, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics.
