As your baby completed six months, you can start giving small quantities of semi solids like homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, apple purée, ragi and so on. It is always advisable to give one new food at a time, preferably in the morning. Continue with breastfeeding. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy when you introduce a new foods
