shaheena chaudharyGuardian of 2 children2 days agoA. Keep the underarms clean and dry. Make him wear loose cotton clothes. Avoid scented soaps and creams. Consult a pediatrician if the itching continues or redness and rashes appear.

You can clean it properly with mild antiseptic liquid mix it with some warm water and apply clean that area and then you can apply coconut oil Boroline anti septic cream and try to maintain proper hygiene over there and check with your doctor for further assistance
