my 6 years old son is growing teeth behind milk teeth. milk teeth is yet to drop off.. what to do?

A. Hi consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for early removal of the milk teeth to prevent malalignment of the erupting permanent teeth sometimes it occurs as milk teeth don't shed at proper time

A. Consultant paediatric dentist they have to actually pullout do milk tooth that your child is having and if you do not get it done on the right time now then it is going to be very dysfunctional shape which is going to be their switch off Korun for you to actually get it cold out by the doctor
