my 6 years old girl has viral fever after giving pcm her fever not normalise today is the first day of fever

A. ok. make sure to give her syp paracetamol in the right dose. you may repeat it in 6 hours. offer her lots of rest n liquids and consult your doctor if no improvement after three days
