Q.
my 6 year old girl is having cough for 10 days...got worse during sleeping...any effective remedy/ medicine for non breaking cough??

Don't use chilled water at all
You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time ( don't wake her up though)
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't force her to eat
Don't over feed her.
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
