My 6 weeks baby vaccine due date is 28th November but I am planning to get vaccination on 5th Dec. Is this delay acceptable?

Ya If there is a delay for 4 to 5 weeks also sometimes that is also acceptable because the situation has to be like that that you are postponing the vaccination so in this case if you want to postpone the vaccination by four days and that’s absolutely normal or even to a week to 10 days is fine
