my 6 months old son is facing constipation after starting solid food.. also he is taking formula milk.. what is the remedy for constipation

A. hi ji ,first remedy is ,if possible ,give breastfeeding instead of formula. second , to make digestion easy liquid ,fiber rich diet is required so give palak puree ,well meshed banana, and plenty of breastfeeding to your baby and avoid giving ragi for now ,as babies can get this due to ragi.
