Q.

my 6 months old not eating her food. she cries whenever I feed and I'm struggling hard to feed her. can I add little jaggery for sweetness . if yes how much can I add

A. Jaggery can be used for sweetness and salt for proper tasting to the food I gave salt from the beginning from the beginning itself as per my doctors advice so give salt and proper sweetness in the food I’m sure your child is going to love what you are offering
