Q.

My 6 months old is having fever from last night, his head is more warmer than body. how much dose of P100 drops apex should I give him. each ml has 100mg paracetamol.

A. you should not give medicine unless the temperature is recorded in the thermometer above 99 because children may have water extremities as a normal finding consult your doctor before giving any medicine

A. 3 months to 6 months: 2.5ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times per day. 6 months to 24 months: 5ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day. 2 years to 4 years: 7.5ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day.
