my 6 months old baby received typhoid and influenza vaccine today. he vomitted and has a fever of 99.2 what should be done

A. hi temperature is ok no need to worry about it. but as a child vomited , please stop giving new food items. keep your child well hydrated give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
