my 6 months old baby has diarrhea for 15 -20 days,my pediatrician told me to stop breast milk for 3 days, asked to start formula feed. when i gave formula feed for 3 days there is no dysentery. when i restart slowly from yesterday again dysentery started. now am getting fear that if it continues whether my pediatrician told stop my breastmilk fully?? I can't give breastmilk ah??
