my 6 months old baby girl makes faces like vomit but she dsnt vomit.. why is it so

A. can we because of reflex in the baby sometimes vomiting will be there sometimes no vomiting for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
