my 6 months old baby fell from bed while sleeping, but she is completely fine and there is a buldge on forehead, please let me know what should I be doing now

A. Hello mommy if baby is normal then no need to worry ..but if any problem like vomiting or drowsy then consult a doctor nearby and go for a CT scan of head
