my 6 months baby is having these kind of pimple like on her body mainly on thy and hip area is it because of diaper since birth ik using same brand diapers but now facing problem

A. Hi parent, give atleast 1 to 2 hours diaper free time for babies. Every time you change diaper clean with cotton balls dipped in hot water, pat dry the skin. Apply coconut oil or rash free cream. Attached cream gives good results. Maintain hygiene.
