My 6 month old son is on breast feed he enjoyed banana purée in the morning and After 20 minutes of nap he vomited and vomiting again and again. He has no fever & cough. Potty was also fine. What could be the problem?

A. please keep your child well hydrated stop giving New food for now give breasfeeding as per your child needs

A. hi it should be result of overfeeding please offer food in few spoons of quantity only still baby has tiny stomach so he or she can not hold much amount of food and feeding both.
