my 6 month old baby poop is color is greenish yellow.. and today we saw small red color.attached pic.. should be worried or get stool test done??

A. Red colour is a sign of blood into the motion of the child which can indicate a stomach infection so it would be good for you to be more clear about it and the doctors are going to tell you if any kind of antibiotics would be required for the same because if they confirm it then it is an infection only
