my 6 month old baby is suffering from lactose intolerance What foods should I give her?

A. Rice, almond, hazelnut, coconut-based and many other lactose-free milks are available . Soy Milk. Made from soybeans, soy milk is a great alternative to cow's milk because it is lactose-free and contains Vitamins E and B12. Coconut Milk. Cashew Milk. Fermented Cheese. Dairy-free Yoghurt. Lactose-free Sherbet.

A. Just avoid milk and dairy products for the child apart from that you can give everything to the child other than that also would recommend you to take a homeopathic treatment for the child to your child child is over lactose intolerance with a proper treatment so that would not go for rest of the life
