Q.

My 6 month old baby had fever on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The temperature range was between 100°F and 101°F. Today he does not have fever. However, I can see some pinkish rashes on his forehead, cheeks and stomach. Is it medicine reaction or chickenpox? I am so worried. He is only 6 months old. Please suggest.

A. this fever is considered as high fever in this age and rashes may be due to heat of the body please consult with your pediatrician regarding this soon as he will guide you better post examination and analyzing properly. meanwhile if baby is having fever then cool down it with the help of cold wet cloth and wipe the baby's body, also do not over cover your baby it will increase the heat in body
