Q.

My 6 month old baby boy sleeps at around 12 am or 1 am. He does not cry for food in the middle of the night. How many hours can he go without food in the night? Should I feed even if he is not crying out of hunger?

A. Dear ma’am, if the baby is receiving enough feeds during the day time, then at night you can give a gap of upto five hours. Night feeds are equally important to maintain your milk supply
